Indonesian Chicken soup
The ingredients for soto ajam:
- 1 liter chicken stock; Note! Quantities below are for 0 portions.
- 1 chicken;
- 100 gram ginger;
- 12 black peppercorns;
- 20 gram salt;
- 4 stems sereh;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 2 liter water;
- 1 chicken; plucked
- 200 gram rice;
- 150 gram bean sprouts;
- 80 gram fried onions;
- 40 gram celery leaves; chopped
- 4 eggs; boiled
How to make soto ajam?
- Prepare the chicken stock.
- Add the chicken, the ginger, the black peppercorn, the salt, the sereh, the bay leaf and the water to a soup pan
- Let it boil for 180 minutes.
- Sieve the stock.
- Your result is ready for further use.
- Prepare the rice according to the insctructions on the packaging.
